You will need to request the Reston Association (RA) Resale Disclosure Documents directly from the Reston Association.
Second, the Sawyers Documents
Any seller of a property in Sawyers Cluster is required to provide to the purchaser a Disclosure Packet. The Sawyers Cluster disclosure packet contains information required by state law to be conveyed to the purchaser, as well as supplementary information judged by the Sawyers Cluster HOA Board to be of benefit to a new resident. There is currently no charge for this packet.
To request your Sawyers Cluster Disclosure Packet, simply submit a request to our contact email. Please make sure to include a valid address, as the Packet will be coming via mail. Please also note that Virginia law requires that only the owner or owner's authorized agent may purchase and receive the Disclosure Packet. It normally takes us up to two weeks to process a packet request
